Class Schedule
Class size is limited and reservations are required. Each
class is $15, to be paid in advanced. Please call, email or
stop by the shop to reserve a spot. You can pay by phone with
a credit card.
Classes will be held in the small parking lot behind the
Hops & Berries shop, weather permitting. Parking is available
on the South side of the building, some on street and the
parking garage on Mountain & Remington.

During this class we will be brewing
and bottling a batch of beer, teaching you step by step the basic
process. If you are interested in getting started or
want to learn more about the process this is the class
for you.

| All Grain Brewing Techniques - Mashing |

| We recommend that you take the basic class
first or have some homebrewing experience. We will take
you through the process of brewing an all grain batch
of beer up to the boil. You will also learn how to make
a yeast starter. |
