| Grain | 10 lbs German Pilsner | 1.5 lbs Dextrine/Carafoam | .25 lbs Dark Munich | | Hops | 2 oz Tettnang (60 minutes) | | 1 oz Saaz (5 minutes) | | 1 oz Saaz (0 minutes) | | Yeast | Bavarian Lager | | Protein rest: Add 10 quarts of water at 135 degrees hold for 30 minutes.
Saccrification: Add 9.4 quarts of water 195 degree water hold for 30 minutes.
