Grain10 lbs German Pilsner
1.5 lbs Dextrine/Carafoam
.25 lbs Dark Munich
Hops2 oz Tettnang (60 minutes)
1 oz Saaz (5 minutes)
1 oz Saaz (0 minutes)
YeastBavarian Lager
Protein rest: Add 10 quarts of water at 135 degrees hold for 30 minutes. Saccrification: Add 9.4 quarts of water 195 degree water hold for 30 minutes. Mash Out: Add 8.2 quarts of water at 204 degrees. Hold for 10 minutes.
